I worked with Shirley Mort in 2007. I was only able to spend 50,000 or below for a home. Shirley showed me many homes in my price range for many months. She was always abkle to work with my schedule, whether it was evenings or weekends. I was so impressed at her knowledge and hard work considering I was looking for such an inexpensive home. She treated me as if I was looking for a 300,000 home. I have recommended her to everyone that I know that is looking for a home! I can only say, she is definatley the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with!

  Took us over 6 months to decide on our first home. Shirley really helped us! I don't know how many times I called her asking crazy questions because neither me or my husband knew anything about buying a home. She was very patient and explained things so we could understand what we needed to do. We looked at homes late evenings and sometimes Saturdays and Sundays. What ever work schedule we had she worked around it. Needless to say, we found a beautiful home and purchased it at a great price. We just can't thank her enough! We would recommend Shirley to anyone wanting to buy a home and especially all first time home buyers.

  Sherri is wonderful, I would highly recommend her! . She understood our needs in a house and neighbourhood and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. We looked at 15+ homes and Sherri never lost her patience with us, she didn't just want to make a sell, she cared that our faimly would be happy in our new home with no problems.

  Cody is a great realtor. We were buying our first house and did not really know what to expect. We hit a couple bumps in the road, but Cody was patient with us and helped guide us through it. I would recommend him to everyone.

  Ada was very patient with us and we looked at so many houses. She explained everything to us so that we understood the process. She met us on weekends and late in the day to work with our schedule. She made the process as smooth as it could have possibly been.

  Shirley not only sold us our first home she sold us our second home, too! She didn't mind that we couldn't meet to look at homes except for evenings and weekends. When we purchased our first home we looked for weeks on end and she helped us every step of the way. Never once did she mind that our first home was less than $100,000! She knew the important things like structural problems as well as other things to watch out for that we would have not even noticed. When we purchased our second home, which was well over $200,000 we received the same great help with this home that she gave us before. I would highly recommend Shirley Mort with any housing needs- whether buying or selling your home. She is professional and knows all the in's and out's of Real Estate yet is a very down to earth person and really cares for the people she works with.   We had a wonderful experience working with Ada Buxton! I cannot recommend her highly enough. We first began looking at properties with Ada in the summer of 2021. Our situation was unique as we were looking to purchase property in the TN/VA area near to Bristol but doing most of our search remotely from D.C. Ada was always up for anything! She would work with our crazy schedule, meeting up with us when we could make it in town for weekends and showing us properties through FaceTime when we couldn't drive over. With such a crazy housing market you need to find someone who is willing to move quickly and be open to opportunity and Ada is just that person. She never tried to discourage us from viewing a particular property (many realtors we've worked with in the past have) and she is an excellent communicator. We finally found a house we love in late December and despite it being a unique situation, Ada helped us make it happen. We are thrilled with our new home and so grateful to Ada for all her hours spent helping us find a home we love! Thank you so much!

  We were really impressed with Cody. He showed up ahead of appoinment time to have paperwork and maps ready for us, and to have the home and other buildings unlocked and lights on, etc. Cody let us take our time to tour the property and went along with us as we walked the acerage, making sure our questions were answered, and property lines were pointed out, etc. He Also went above and beyond by driving us off-road up to the top of the ridge to make sure we could see the view from up there, and know what was on the other side. Our experience with Cody has been great. I'd highly recommend him.

  Cody was always available to answer any questions. Went out of his way to get any information we asked for. He was very professional but so easy to get along with. Always had a positive and friendly attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that requires a realtor.
