We had a wonderful experience working with Ada Buxton! I cannot recommend her highly enough. We first began looking at properties with Ada in the summer of 2021. Our situation was unique as we were looking to purchase property in the TN/VA area near to Bristol but doing most of our search remotely from D.C. Ada was always up for anything! She would work with our crazy schedule, meeting up with us when we could make it in town for weekends and showing us properties through FaceTime when we couldn't drive over. With such a crazy housing market you need to find someone who is willing to move quickly and be open to opportunity and Ada is just that person. She never tried to discourage us from viewing a particular property (many realtors we've worked with in the past have) and she is an excellent communicator. We finally found a house we love in late December and despite it being a unique situation, Ada helped us make it happen. We are thrilled with our new home and so grateful to Ada for all her hours spent helping us find a home we love! Thank you so much!

  Cody is a great realtor. We were buying our first house and did not really know what to expect. We hit a couple bumps in the road, but Cody was patient with us and helped guide us through it. I would recommend him to everyone.

  When you think realtor you think of someone trying to rush you into any house to make commission quick. Not Ada! Ada is passionate about putting you in the right home that suits you and your family. Her communication skills are outstanding, always replies back in timely manner, easy to talk to and very helpful at answering any questions you have ( especially first time home buyers like me).   Last year my wife and I found a home on Zillow in Abingdon, Va. We were very interested in this home since it was in the area we both lived at that time. It seemed to be exactly what we had been searching for although it needed work. We contacted Ms. Mort and she was most helpful. She searched for all the information she could possibly find that was very helpful in making our decision to make this purchase. With her knowledge and negotiating skills purchasing at a good price was not a problem. We now have equity in this home and will have even more as we finish out the refurbishing. He would go underneath the houses to check the crawl space, he would work around our crazy schedule, and he even helped us with getting a new loan officer so we could get approved for more with less interest.   I could never have asked for a better realtor! Sherri has been absolutely wonderful helping us find a home! We gave her our budget and she found houses that were ONLY in our budget and did not try to pressure us to go over that! My husband and I both work weird hours and Sherri made extraordinary effort to help us view every single house at a convenient time for us!   My husband and I have been searching for our first home for over a year now. We had other Realtor's that have shown us different properties for a few months but grew tired when we were having problems deciding.   Kacey was wonderful to work with! Our situation was somewhat challenging due to the fact that we were selling our late Father's home and emotions were involved. We were not only selling a house, we (as in four siblings) were letting go of a part of our life. Not only did she work with a family of four but she did a Great Job of keeping us all informed and involved. A lot of the busy work was taken care of on group texts and emails. Kacey was more than willing to meet with us at any time and address any questions and concerns. On closing day it was bittersweet and Kacey understood that every sale was not a celebration but a day of letting go and for that I am forever grateful!
