He showed up ahead of appoinment time to have paperwork and maps ready for us, and to have the home and other buildings unlocked and lights on, etc. Cody let us take our time to tour the property and went along with us as we walked the acerage, making sure our questions were answered, and property lines were pointed out, etc. He Also went above and beyond by driving us off-road up to the top of the ridge to make sure we could see the view from up there, and know what was on the other side.   Cody was actually my second realtor, I could tell my first one didn’t care. Cody went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. He would go underneath the houses to check the crawl space, he would work around our crazy schedule, and he even helped us with getting a new loan officer so we could get approved for more with less interest.   Took us over 6 months to decide on our first home. Shirley really helped us!
