He showed up ahead of appoinment time to have paperwork and maps ready for us, and to have the home and other buildings unlocked and lights on, etc. Cody let us take our time to tour the property and went along with us as we walked the acerage, making sure our questions were answered, and property lines were pointed out, etc. He Also went above and beyond by driving us off-road up to the top of the ridge to make sure we could see the view from up there, and know what was on the other side. Our experience with Cody has been great. I'd highly recommend him.
